What Qinabsin is and what it is used for Cinabsin is a homeopathic medicinal product for the treatment of acute and chronic sinusitis. Cinabsin is a combination of four well-proven individual homeopathic remedies that is particularly suitable for treating the various symptoms of sinusitis (frontal and maxillary). Cinabaris helps to quickly and permanently relieve the symptoms of paranasal sinus infections such as headaches, drowsiness, watery eyes and neuralgic pain in the face area. Cinabaris is useful primarily for the initial stages of the disease. In contrast, the ingredients Goldenseal and Kalium bichromicum act mainly in subacute and chronic conditions in difficult to treat sinusitis. These three components help reduce mucous membrane swelling and improve breathing through the nose. By reducing secretions and phlegm, they also relieve the feeling of tension in the entire area of the head. The fourth component, Echinacea, strengthens the immune system. In fibril infections, it aids recovery and reduces the likelihood of reinfection. 2. What you need to know before you take Cinabsin Do not use Cynabsin: in children under 2 years of age; if you are pregnant; • if you are allergic to chromium, echinacea, other complex-colored plants or any of the other ingredients of this medicine listed in section 6. In general, this drug should not be used in case of progressive systemic diseases (such as tuberculosis, sarcoidosis), systemic diseases of white blood cells (for example, leukemia and leukosis), autoimmune diseases (for example, inflammatory connective tissue diseases (collagenosis), multiple sclerosis), immunodeficiency (AIDS, HIV infections), immunosuppression (for example, after organ or bone marrow translation, chemotherapy), chronic viral diseases. Warnings and precautions: There is a risk of anaphylactic reactions in patients prone to allergy. Allergy-prone patients should consult their doctor before using this medicine. Consult your doctor: if you get swelling of the face, fever or severe headache; if your acute condition does not improve or worsens after the first two days of treatment; if further complaints arise. Kids Do not use Cinabsin in children under 2 years of age. Other medicines and Cynabsin No interactions with other drugs were observed. Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken or might take any other medicines. Cynabsin with food, drink and alcohol The action of homeopathic medicinal products can be adversely affected by harmful factors of life habits, as well as stimulants, alcohol and tobacco. Pregnancy, breast-feeding and fertility: Do not take this medicine if you are pregnant as it contains Echinacea. If you are breast-feeding, ask your doctor for advice before taking this medicine. Driving and using machines Cynabsin has no influence on the ability to drive and use machines. Cinabsin contains lactose (milk sugar) and wheat starch If you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to certain sugars, consult your doctor before taking this product. This drug is suitable for people with celiac disease. Patients with wheat allergy (other than celiac disease) should not take this product. 3. How to take Cynabsin? Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure. Adults : in acute conditions, take 1 tablet every hour, up to a maximum of 12 tablets per day until improvement occurs. For subsequent treatment, take 1-2 tablets 3 times a day. Use in children Children aged 2 to 5 years: in acute conditions, take 1 tablet 3 times a day until improvement occurs. For subsequent treatment, continue with 1 tablet 3 times a day. Children aged 6 to 11 years: in acute conditions, take 1 tablet every 2 hours, up to a maximum of 6 tablets per day, until improvement occurs. For subsequent treatment, continue with 1 tablet 3 times a day. Children over 12 years of age: in acute conditions, take 1 tablet every hour, up to a maximum of 12 tablets per day, until improvement occurs. For subsequent treatment, continue with taking 1-2 tablets 3 times a day. In chronic conditions, children and adults take 1 tablet 3 times a day. It is recommended to continue with treatment for 4 to 6 weeks. The tablets should be allowed to melt slowly in the mouth. For children, it is possible to dissolve the tablets in a little water. You should not take this medicine along with food and drink. It is necessary to have an interval of at least half an hour. Do not take this medicine for more than 4 weeks without consulting a doctor.
