This is a vintage Donald Duck hat. The beak squeaks when you squeeze it. This has general wear. There are some rust spot stains to various white parts of the hat. There are cracks along the blue rim, and various scratches/ marks to the plastic hat and beak. The eye decals also have some cracking due to age.
