As this template has been designed in MS-Access (for Windows based computers) you will need Access or the free MS-Access runtime to use it. Note: It is intended for home or small business use. I have split the database into 2 files - a frontend and backend and both files should be kept in the same folder. Now for the Main features... ? Easily enter your customer details and vehicle details on simple forms; ? Filter customers on-screen or search your customers; ? Keep a history of work done on vehicles and create invoices from work done; ? You can now also create quotes on the system or generate a receipt from an invoice; ? Link to and display your logo on invoices and quotes. (I can re-position the logo if you let me know beforehand); ? Get important reminders... Quickly view due (or overdue) MOTs, services and CAM belt reminders; ? Change the default currency symbol displayed on invoices and quotes as well as some labels such as the Invoice heading; ? Display a photo of each vehicle; ? Store the quantity of parts in stock if desired, so you can see the stock available per part; ? Attach documents to individual contact records; ? Add notes; ?
