From a smoke free home this appears to be in good condition, it has a few spots on it above the apple I have tried to show some up close pictures, you can not feel them with your fingernail and I had no luck in washing them off, someone suggested that it came this way and pointed out faint coloring on the box in those areas as well so I am not sure.
