Item description

Very interesting metal covered with enamel plate/bowl. Back says ?created for Industrial Art Engineering co.? Please see picture plate has surface wear, and a couple holes in enamel. This came from the estate of the Seitz Twins, who did reside in LA, assuming that is where it came from. I do not ship outside the lower 48 states I am trying to sell a number of items that I have accumulated over many years, I certainly don't hold myself out to be an expert in anything, however, I do describe to the best of my ability. Please, if I have made an error in my listing, take the time to point it out to me, I would appreciate it and I am sure anyone interested in purchasing the item, would also appreciate it. Thank You
