No guarantees this is the issue.* *The rear-facing camera does not work!* *Phone is an excellent shape with no scratches or cracks anywhere on the phone.* *Phone was tested and everything seems to work EXCEPT when you try to make a call, use the internet, or send a text message.* *Also unable to take a rear-facing photo, selfie.* *"No mobile network available" is the message you receive when trying to make calls, send text messages or use the internet.* **When going to APN settings menu there are no APNs in the list nor is there an add button to add a new APN. No vertical 3 dot menu options under the APN menu.
