Novellus Wafer Processing Oven Power Supply Reset Box Numbers on the main sticker of unit are: 01-17430-001 R02/062-9552 (1st Unit) - R02/066-9552 (2nd Unit) One pictured These are used and were picked up at a govt auction. There is no markings as to who made this, but I believe this is Novellus because of the way the part numbers are displayed. We do not know exactly what this is called or what it goes to.
