Please understand that because of the nature of my products I cannot accept any returns. By unprofessional handling and opening the package you may expose the products to unwanted energies and wavelengths which will make the product loose it’s potency and make it unsellable.

Of course if the product comes broken or damaged because of the shipping, contact me immediatly with pictures and signed evidence note from the delivery company and I will try to fix the problem as soon as possible.
