If you need to return the product you have ordered, you should return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning any orders. Please include the reason for the return with the packing slip which was enclosed with your order. The packing slip contains your order information that will help us promptly process your refund once we have received your product. Shipping charges on the original order cannot be refunded unless we fail to describe a product accurately. Please ship it back to us using a carrier that allows you to track your package.
