This is a really smart looking dress from silence + noise carried by Urban Outfitters. The beading on top is tightly knit and high quality - giving the dress a more expensive look. The tweed material is super soft. ...A great transitional piece for fall to winter or for cooler nights year round. Super flattering with a fitted top and pleated bell shaped bottom. I wore this to work and to cocktail parties through the cooler weather. I always imagined someone would wear this with a cute pair of tights and mary jane heels or even a thin long sleeve shirt underneath for more warmth.
