Returns or replacements for damaged goods. Voluntary Returns accepted after RMA is issued – Buyer pays return shipping and possibly a 15% re-stocking fee. Returned items that are not defective or damaged will not be refunded original shipping fee and may have a 15% restocking fee. For all returns please contact us for RMA. Note: Returns of Gift Baskets do not allow for a full refund due to the fact that food items can not be used again and no refund will be given for the food items.
