First and foremost, we
will not sell you junk. All of our items have been carefully
examined for damage and/or tested for functionality. We will specify if an
item is untested, has minor damage beyond normal use and/or age wear, or is
for parts only. Please read the description and view the photos
carefully before buying or bidding.

We try our very best
to give a complete, clear and accurate description of all items listed.
However, we may miss something that is important to you. Please do not
hesitate to message us should you have any questions, concerns or require
more detailed photos. If you spot an error, let us know, and we will correct
the listing ASAP. All item conditions are based on our judgement,
comparison research, and common sense.

We will never claim
any item we sell comes from a smoke-free home because, honestly, we do not
know. However, every single item that we list is thoroughly cleaned before
photographing and again before shipping, so that you will receive your
purchase in the cleanest and best condition possible.

However, almost all of our listings are open to negotiation, even if there is

We are
also willing to split larger quantities into smaller groups of 2, 4, 6, etc.
if you wish. HOWEVER, please be aware that prices will be slightly
higher per item because we will have to spend time and effort retaking photos
and relisting reduced sets. We will not break a set into
singles or odd numbers unless the set you
are looking at already has an odd number of pieces.

Photography

We only use pictures we take ourselves and never use
stock photos, unless something is brand new in the box and a stock photo
would give you a better idea of what it looks like. What you
see is exactly what we ship to you.

Please
keep in mind that just like human eyes, no two computer screens are exactly
alike. We try our best to take photos that are as close to natural vision as
possible, but colors may look slightly different in real life than they would
ons your computer, or on your computer vs your cell phone. That said, we do not enhance photos other
than to brighten or darken the background if necessary.

Shipping

We will ALWAYS ship same or next business day
and every item we ship is 100% insured for the full value of the item. We WILL
NOT be held responsible for damage done during shipping by the
carrier, or items stolen in transit or after delivery. That is
what insurance is for. Because you will already have the package in your
possession, it is far cheaper and easier for you to present it to your local
carrier and file a claim than it would be for you to pay to ship it back and
us do it. We will be more than happy to assist you with claim information.

Refunds Returns

We do
accept 30-day returns at our expense if we are at fault for:

Misleading description,
however unintentional

?Buyer?s remorse?, ?doesn?t fit?, and all
other returns including shipping damage will be accepted at YOUR
expense.
