Description: Up for sale is a vintage (1999) Penn State University men's tie by Ralph Marlin. The tie is made of polyester. It has the Nittany Lion's logo in light on a dark blue background. Dimensions are approximately 56" long x 3.90" wide. The tie is in excellent condition.
