The tin is pre-owned with wear. It has some kind of stain on the side (Pictured) Looks like someone might have tried to use a scour pad and scraped the side. It only appears on the one side so maybe they stopped when they saw the damage
The bottom lists a date of June 30, 1906 but only states that is the date for the food and drug act to pass. I believe the tin is from later than that.
