For sale is an am impressive set of 3 WW2 Army Air Force Photo Albums, all from the same pilot. One album is more of his personal life, his sweetheart, but also several service photos, possible from training and stateside base. The other album has "Esler Field, Louisiana" on the front. Includes family photos as well as several on base photos, including several showing shirtless men in what looks like recreation time. Some photos dated 1943. The last album is labeled "Garner Field Uvalde, Texas". This one is amazing. It has several large photos of planes flying, flying in formation. In the middle, there are photos of WW2 bombers with their nose art, some awesome photos here. More photos of planes, several different types, and also what appears to be headshots of his fellow pilots or Air Force servicemembers. All photos form the home front. I believe the servicemember's name is Robert E. Spaugh. Shows vintage wear. There are loose photos throughout. Photos are in good, vintage condition, some foxing, slight wear present on some.
