Items should be returned to the address listed on the original packaging you received.

Unfortunately I cannot accept returns on certain items such as software.

NEW ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED DAMAGED OR SIGNIFICANTLY USED.

I cannot refund until the item is received back and inspected. Brand new items MUST be returned in original packaging and/or tags. All new clothing with tags should also be returned with tags attached.

I do not sell any broken items and list ALL defects clearly for your consideration. Electronic devices are always tested before listing.

I have been a seller on Bonanza since 2009. I have never had ANY returns on Bonanza and only 1 unhappy customer who has been reported to both Bonanza and Ebay for fraud (he is the one who left a negative for me)
