An email will be sent to each customer the day your payment has been received. We include the ship date too, so you can be on the look out for your goodie box!
Mail Room:
Cosmic Pop Ships Monday through Saturday (usually same day shipping!) using USPS Priority Mail, UPS & FedEx Home, which ever is the most cost effective. Some exceptions for furniture or bulky items. Sorry No Local Pick Up.
We LOVE to SAVE $$$ here at Cosmic Pop and will gladly combine multiple purchases to save on shipping costs to help reduce our footprints! Our only exception would be the shipping of items that are too fragile to travel together.
Most purchases will ship via USPS that includes $50 of insurance for free. This protects you against any possible damage done to contents after it leaves Cosmic Pop. If additional insurance is needed and not purchased, we can not responsible for loss or damage by the post office on items are not insured by our customers.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Our Retro Delights are sold just as we find'em "As Is" ~ The majority of our items are from the 40s 50s 60s & 70s, so they have been gently loved before you.
We do our best to give the most accurate description we can, so please email us with any questions before your purchase, as all Cosmic Pop sales are Final.
