The company resells consumer electronics and accessories, office supplies and general merchandise at competitive prices across multiple online platforms and marketplaces. Items sold include renewed/refurbished (all grade A), open box, reboxed and used products as well.

We charge a minimum restocking fee of 20% if the item is returned without its original packaging and accessories and a maximum of 50% depending on the condition.

If the item returned is materially different from the one bought, we do not issue any refunds. Furthermore, if the item being returned is shipped 30 days past the approval date, all refunds are denied.

No replacement will be sent for a returned item unless it has been thoroughly checked to see if it is in it's original condition or is materially different. The returned item will be subject to our restocking policy. To prevent shipping delays and frustrations, customers are therefore, encouraged to put in a new order, after setting up a return.

No replacement or refund will be issued if a buyer claims that items were missing from his/her package unless the buyer provides time stamped and location tagged pictures of the package (with the shipping label clearly visible) before and after opening. If the package was received by anyone other than the buyer (listed on the order), no refund or replacement will be issued for any claims of missing or faulty items.

We do not entertain any requests for rerouting packages once they have been shipped. If the buyer wants a package to be returned to the sender once it has been shipped or refuses delivery, we reserve the right to charge a minimum restocking fee of 20%.
